岗位职责:
1、搜集整理各部门岗位信息,更新、完善各岗位的岗位说明书,协助上级做好人力资源规划Communicate with hiring manager
and Partner to make specific job analysis on each new position so that to get a
clear job profile, and source, interview and evaluated the candidates based on
the profile
2、完善招聘流程,进行招聘各项工作的安排,如招聘需求的分析,简历甄别,面试安排,录用通知等
Provide up-to-date improvement during the process of recruitment, analysis
recruiting application, screen out the CVs, interview arrangement and offer
letter preparation.
3、制定培训计划并组织实施:监控培训过程,评估培训效果,进行培训考核。
Develop training programs and organize the implementation: monitor the
training process, evaluate the effectiveness of training, organize examinations,
keep the training information in HR system updated and archiving training
records.
4、协助设计员工发展项目并落地,组织各部门制定员工个人的年度发展计划。
Assist to design employee development projects and implementation, organize
departments to develop individual annual development.
5、监督员工发展计划的实施,并进行必要的调整。
Supervise the implementation of employee development plans, and help to do
necessary adjustment.
6、通过多种渠道和方式宣传企业文化,从企业文化的角度为公司提供可行性建议。
Through various channels and ways to publicize corporate culture, and
provide practical suggestions for company from the point of view of corporate
culture.
7、通过意见箱、访谈等方式搜集员工的意见和反馈,并协调各部门对员工关注的问题给予恰当回应和调整,并定期将结果反馈给管理层。
Collect the feedback and suggestions of employees through suggestion boxes
and conversations, and coordinate related departments to give the appropriate
response to workers' concerns and do adjustments, and report to management
committee.
8、配合人力资源部各个模块的相关工作,参与必要的相关工作。
Support other functions of the HR department and make contributions to
necessary parts.
9、上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格:
1、学历和专业Degree and Majority
(1) 人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree and above, HRM related major
2、培训和资历 Training and Qualification
(1) 接受过人力资源管理相关培训。
Received the relevant training of human resources management
3、工作经验Years of Working Experience
(1) 从事3年以上人力资源管理工作经验,至少1年招聘经验。
3、years HR working experience and 1 year Recruiting working experience at
least.
4、核心技能和素质Key Skills and Competency
(1) 能够独立完成招聘、培训、发展、企业文化的相关工作。
